ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE, Sept 19 (Reuters) - U.S. PresidentDonald Trump said the Environmental Protection Agency will issuea notice in less than a week to the city of San Francisco on itshomeless and other issues.
Trump said there is "tremendous pollution" going into theocean from the city "including needles."
"They have to clean it up. We can't have our cities going tohell," he told reporters aboard Air Force One. "They are inserious violation."(Editing by Christian Schmollinger)
