(Alliance News) - Tritax Big Box REIT PLC on Thursday declared an interim dividend of 1.7125 pence per share in respect of the three-month period to the end of December.
The dividend is payable on or around March 27 to shareholders on the register on March 6. The ex-dividend date is set at March 5.
Following the payment of the dividend, the real estate investment trust will have paid 6.85p per share in total dividends for 2019, in line with its stated target.
Shares in the company closed at 132.80p each on Thursday in London, down 4.7%.
