(Alliance News) - Biotechnology company Tiziana Life Sciences PLC on Tuesday said it has hired Senior Partner of Appledore Wealth Management LLP Gregor MacRae as a non-executive director.
MacRae is currently a director at biotechnology firm OKYO Pharma Ltd. He has also served as a director of international trust company Chiltern Group PLC and property developer Opskic Group Ltd.
"We are delighted to have Gregor join our team as he brings rich experience to help and advise companies in their financial and business strategies. His appointment is a step towards reshaping the board ahead of the company's intention to become a solely NASDAQ-listed company".
Last week Monday, Tiziana said it intends to cancel its shares from trading on the London Stock Exchange ahead of its plan to redomicile in Bermuda. The company said it will drop its shares currently traded as American Depositary Receipts on Nasdaq in New York but have its Bermuda common shares traded on Nasdaq instead.
Tiziana shares were trading 4.7% lower at 40.50 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
