(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Friday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

Bloomsbury Publishing, up 8.8% at 309 pence, 12-month range 165p-327p. The publisher says revenue for the financial year ending February 28 is expected to be ahead, and profit "well ahead", of market expectations. This follows continued strong trading in the Consumer division, for both Adult and Children's publishing. Bloomsbury notes that consensus market expectation is currently for revenue of GBP161.8 million and profit before tax and highlighted items of GBP12.1 million.
