Npower lapses option over Telecom Plus

Npower's call option over 29% of multi-utility group Telecom Plus has lapsed. The arrangement was set up in 2006 when npower agreed to supply energy to Telecom Plus.The lapse of the option does not affect the energy supply arrangements and npower will continue to supply all the energy used by Telecom Plus customers under an exclusive supply agreement, the statement added.
