NORWAY GAS-Flows to Belgium, Britain rise

* Norway's pipeline gas exports total 224 mcm/day * Flows to Belgium rebound after maintenance OSLO, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Norway's pipeline gas exports rose on Wednesdayfrom the previous day, mainly due to flows restarting to Belgium after a one-daymaintenance, partly offset by a drop in deliveries to Germany. Deliveries to Britain also rose on higher flows via the FLAGS pipeline,which was shut most of Tuesday due to an outage at Shell's receivingterminal at St Fergus.
