(Alliance News) - Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 PLC, Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 PLC, and Maven Income & Growth VCT 5 PLC on Wednesday reported that they received almost GBP4 million within offers for subscription.
The venture capital trust updated investors on the plans to raise GBP5 million via a subscription offer originally announced in October.
Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 said, by February 6, it had received applications totalling around GBP4 million with offer prices in the range of 57.32 pence to 59.71 pence per share.
Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 reported applications of GBP3.9 million with offer prices in the range of 69.00 pence to 71.88 pence per share.
Maven Income & Growth VCT 5 said its applications totalled GBP3.7 million with offer prices in the range of 35.40 pence to 36.88 pence per share.
Maven intends further allotments up to October 6, unless the offer is fully subscribed by an earlier date.
Shares in Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 closed 0.9% higher at 55.00 pence, Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 shares closed up 1.6% at 64.00 pence and Maven Income & Growth VCT 5 shares ended the day 2.4% higher at 42.00 pence in London on Wednesday.
