(Alliance News) - Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 PLC said on Friday that it intends to raise GBP15.0 million through a share subscription.
The venture capitalist trust said the shares will be issued during the 2020 and 2021 tax years and added that it expects the subscription offer to remain open until April 3, 2020.
Shares in the trust were untraded in London on Friday, last quoted at 53.50 pence each.
