LONDON (Alliance News) - Management Resource Solutions PLC on Monday said it has now agreed terms with Leadenhall Services Pty Ltd to undertake an independent report on the company's valuation of its recent acquisition of Alerion Consulting Ltd.
In mid-April, Management Resource acquired aerial vehicle specialist Alerion.
The overall conclusions of the report will be communicated on completion, mining and civil support services company said, which is expected at the end of June.
Management Resource Solutions shares were down 3.9% on Monday at 2.83 pence each.
