UK Oil & Gas PLC - oil & gas exploration and production company based in London - Completes second instalment due under the sale and purchase agreement of the Horse Hill oil field surface production equipment from PW Well Test Ltd. Notes equipment was hired for GBP1.7 million to be paid through three instalments of GBP550,000, adding it has paid the second of the instalments through the issue of 412.5 million shares. Following admission, UK Oil & Gas will have 13 million shares issued overall.
