HgCapital Trust PLC - London-based investment firm - To invest GBP7.4 million in TigerRisk Partners, a risk, capital and strategic advisor to the global insurance and reinsurance industry. TigerRisk is being acquired by insurance company Howden Group Holdings in which HgCapital had previously invested. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, the company adds. This investment will reduce HgCapital's outstanding commitments to invest in Hg transactions to approximately GBP610 million.
