Gama Aviation PLC - Farnborough, England-based aviation services company - Says interim Chief Financial Officer Michael Williamson has been appointed on a permanent basis as of June 17, and will join the board in due course. Williamson has acted as CFO since April when former CFO Daniel Ruback left the post, having resigned in January.

Current stock price: 64.00 pence, up 4.9% on Tuesday

12-month change: up 73%
