Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd - oil and gas exploration focused on Nigeria and the US state of Wyoming - Says its common shares will be consolidated on the basis of 1 new share for every 100 currently held, effective from this coming Friday. Canadian Overseas Petroleum currently has 16.43 billion shares and a market capitalisation of GBP49.3 million.

Current stock price: 0.30 pence, down 5.1% on Monday

Year-to-date change: up 27%
