(Alliance News) - Genuit Group PLC on Monday said Joe Vorih will be appointed chief executive officer with effect in early 2022.

The Doncaster, South Yorkshire-based ventilation systems manufacturer company said the current Chief Executive Martin Payne will step down from the role and the board after handover period with Vorih.

Joe Vorih will join Genuit from Spectris PLC, a FTSE 250 supplier of precision instrumentation & controls, where he has been president of the Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer division since January 2019.

"Joe is a highly experienced senior executive with a strong track record. Joe brings extensive operational leadership and strategic expertise in the manufacturing and technology industries, and I am confident he will take Genuit Group forward to the next stage of its growth and development," Chair Ron Marsh said.
