LONDON (Alliance News) - Scotgold Resources Ltd said Monday that Non-Executive Chairman Nathaniel le Roux bought 55,000 shares in the company in two transactions.
Last Tuesday and Wednesday, le Roux acquired the shares at 32 pence each for a total of GBP17,600.
Following the purchase le Roux holds 22.5 million shares, representing a 49.35% stake in the company.
Scotgold shares were flat at 31.50 pence each.
