(Alliance News) - Photo-Me International PLC said Chief Executive Officer Serge Crasnianski bought shares worth GBP180,540 in the photo booth operator in a transaction on Friday.
Crasnianski - CEO since 2010 - acquired 200,000 shares at 90.27 pence each. Shares in Photo-Me were 0.3% lower at 96.02 pence in London on Friday.
After the transaction, Crasnianski holds 84.8 million shares in Photo-Me. This is equivalent to a 22% stake in the firm.
