DIRECTOR DEALINGS: PCA to Bellway chair buys GBP500,000 in shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Bellway PLC - Newcastle-based residential property developer - Says Yvonne Tutte, a person associated with Bellway Chair John Tutte, on Thursday buys 20,000 shares at GBP25.4548 each, worth a total of GBP509,096. Separately, Bellway says Non-Executive Director Ian McHoul buys 2,000 shares at GBP25.20 each on Friday, worth GBP50,400.

Bellway on Thursday said it had signed the UK government's Building Safety Pledge. The pledge was established the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017 to ensure the safety of highrise buildings, by removing combustible materials such as cladding. Bellway estimated the cost of remediation to be a further GBP300 million, in addition to the GBP186.8 million set aside since 2017, of which GBP128.3 million was left as of January 31.

TMT Investments PLC - venture capital investor in high-growth technology companies - Says Macmillan Trading Co Ltd, owned by German Kaplun, Artemii Iniutin and Alexander Morgulchik, on Thursday agreed to buy 43,479 shares from Eclectic Capital Ltd at price of USD6.90 each, worth USD300,005. Following transaction, TMT Head of Investments Iniutin will be interested in 12% TMT stake, Head of Strategy Kaplun a 24% stake and Head of Business Development Morgulchik an 11% stake.

Oxford BioDynamics PLC - biotechnology firm focused on discovery and development of epigenetic biomarkers - Says Vulpes Testudo Fund and Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, each of which is controlled by Non-Executive Director Stephen Diggle, buy 200,000 and 400,000 shares respectively. Vulpes Testudo Fund buys shares at 18.5p, with this transaction worth GBP37,000 in total, Vulpes Life Sciences Fund buys the shares at 18.8p each, worth GBP75,200. Combined, the transactions are worth GBP112,200. Transactions occurred on Wednesday. Through the holdings of both funds, Diggle now holds 16% stake.

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund - London-based utility-scale battery storage fund - Chair John Leggate buys 40,500 shares at 146p on Wednesday, worth GBP59,130. Following this, he'll hold less than 0.1% stake in the firm.
