LONDON (Alliance News) - Keystone Law Group PLC on Wednesday said its chief executive and an entity affiliated to a non-executive director have sold almost 3.0 million shares collectively.
CEO James Knight has sold 900,000 shares at 282.00 pence each for GBP2.5 million, while
Root Capital Fund II Ltd Partnership, linked to Non-Executive Director Simon Philips, sold 1.8 million shares at the same price for GBP5.0 million.
Following these deals Knight has 10.9 million shares, or 35% of the company, and Root Capital 5.3 million shares or 17% of Keystone Law.
Shares closed down 3.2% on Wednesday at 293.00p each.
