(Alliance News) - Karelian Diamond Resources PLC Friday said Chair Richard Conroy bought shares in the company.
Conroy bought 650,000 shares at 4.21 pence each in a series of transactions on Friday and Thursday, equivalent to a total GBP27,365 purchase.
Following the purchase, Conroy now holds a beneficial interest in 6.8 million shares, which represents 18% stake in the firm.
The stock closed up 3.0% at 4.32p on Friday.
