LONDON (Alliance News) - Highcroft Investments PLC said Chairman John Hewitt bought 1,500 shares at 907 pence per share Thursday.
The company also said Michael Edwards, a connected person to Hewitt, also purchased 1,000 shares at the same price.
Following these transactions, Hewitt is interested in 24,485 shares.
The stock closed down 1.9% at 887.40p Thursday.
