DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Gateley Non-Executive Chair Buys Buys More Shares

(Alliance News) - Legal services firm Gateley Holdings PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Chair Nigel Payne has bought shares worth GBP25,000.

Payne bought 14,992 shares on Tuesday on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 166.75 pence each, for GBP24,999 in total.

He now holds 70,918 shares, making up 0.1% of Gateley's issued share capital. Gateley was trading 0.3% lower on Wednesday afternoon at 163.99p a share.

This purchase came on the same day Gateley reported an 8.9% rise in pretax profit for the year to April to GBP15.9 million, with revenue climbing 20% to GBP103.5 million, passing the GBP100 million mark.
