LONDON (Alliance News) - African budget carrier Fastjet PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Tim Ingram has acquired 150,000 shares in the company.
Ingram bought the shares on Friday for 60.00 pence per share, giving him a total 0.3% stake in the company.
Shares in Fastjet were down 4.6% to 63.90p on Friday.
