(Alliance News) - Industrial threads maker Coats Group PLC on Tuesday said Senior Independent Director Nicholas Bull has bought shares worth over GBP70,000.
In a transaction on Monday, Bull snapped up 100,000 shares at a price of 72 pence each, for GBP72,000 in total.
Coats did not say how many shares Bull now holds. Shares finished down 1.4% on Tuesday at 71.80p each.
Last week, the Uxbridge, London-based company announced the acquisition of US-based yarn manufacturer Pharr High Performance Yarns for USD37 million.
