(Alliance News) - Chenavari Toro Income Fund Ltd said Thursday Director Roberto Silvotti bought shares worth EUR570,548 in the investment firm in a transaction on Monday.
Silvotti acquired 734,674 shares at EUR0.7766 each. Shares in Chenavari Toro closed 1.6% higher at EUR0.78 each in London on Thursday.
The total holding of Silvotti after the transaction was not disclosed.
