DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Checkit Chair Keith Daley Buys GBP640,000 In Shares

(Alliance News) - Checkit PLC said Friday that Keith Daley, executive chair, purchased GBP640,000 in shares.

The global technology group said Daley bought 2 million shares at a price of 32 pence each on Thursday, worth GBP640,000.

Following the purchase, Daley now holds 10.5 million shares, representing 16.97% of the company's total issued share capital.

Checkit shares were trading 11% higher in London at 35.50 pence each on Friday.
