(Alliance News) - Begbies Traynor Group PLC on Wednesday said that Non-Executive Director Peter Wallqvist bought GBP26,400 worth of shares on Tuesday.
Wallqvist bought 30,000 shares at a price of 88.00 pence per share .
Begbies Traynor shares were trading 1.0% up at 88.37p each at midday on Wednesday in London.
Wallqvist's shareholding following the transaction was not disclosed.
