DIRECTOR DEALINGS: 3i Group Executives Awarded, Sell Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - 3i Group PLC Tuesday said Alan Giddins, a managing partner, received 9,847 shares at no cost under the company share plan and sold 4,645 shares at a price of 392.05 pence per share to cover tax and National Insurance, both on Monday.

The company also said Muenno Antal, a managing partner, was awarded 9,847 shares and sold 5,139 shares at the same price to cover tax and National Insurance.

Shares in the investment manager were up 0.6% at 393.70p Tuesday.
