Celebrus Technologies trades in line; recurring revenue surges 20%

Tue, 19th Mar 2024 14:29

(Alliance News) - Celebrus Technologies on Tuesday said revenue and profit in financial 2024 are both expected to be higher.

The Middlesex, England-based data management platform said that results for the year ending March 31 are expected to be in line with market expectations.

Full year revenue is expected to be over GBP32.0 million, up from GBP21.5 million a year earlier.

Adjusted pretax profit is expected to be in the region of GBP5.5 million, up from GBP3.8 million.

Annual recurring revenue from software licenses and associated support, maintenance and Celebrus Cloud is expected to be at least GBP20.0 million up 20% over the year. Celebrus said this reflects "significant" contract progress.

Chief Executive Bill Bruno said: "I am extremely proud of the team globally and their contributions to a successful year for the business. We continue to emphasize our focus on the Celebrus software platform, with the primary deployment option being Celebrus Cloud. As the upcoming financial year approaches, we are pleased with our ARR growth and revenue visibility; we will continue to invest accordingly to ensure we execute our strategy successfully."

Full year results will be published on July 9.

Shares in Celebrus were up 3.1% to 234.65 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
