LONDON (Alliance News) - Lemur Resources Ltd, in which AIM-listed Bushveld Minerals Ltd has an 86.2% stake, is "continuing to progress negotiations" on the potential acquisition of a vanadium project in South Africa.
Lemur's statement, dated Wednesday, was noted by Bushveld on Thursday.
Shares in Bushveld Minerals were down 1.0% at 3.7875 pence on Thursday afternoon.
