LONDON (Alliance News) - Aurora Investment Trust PLC said Friday it raised GBP9.3 million via share placing and intermediaries offer.
The company issued 4.3 million shares at 216.76 pence each. Aurora shares closed up 0.02% at 219.05p.
Admission is expected on July 3 after which the company will have 52.8 million shares in issue.
