LONDON (Alliance News) - AA PLC said on Monday that it will appoint the former non-executive director of FTSE 100 company Next PLC to its board with effect from June 11.
Steve Barber will join the motoring association's board as a non-executive director and will succeed Andrew Miller as chair of the company's audit committee.
Barber presently holds non-executive positions at Domino's Pizza Group PLC and Fenwick Ltd. He is the former finance director of Mirror Group PLC.
Shares in AA were down 0.5% at 126.25 pence on Monday.
