LONDON (Alliance News) - Pharmaceutical company Vectura Group PLC said Monday it has appointed former Itaconix PLC chief executive Kevin Matthews as independent non-executive director with effect from Friday.
Matthews was until the end of last year 2018 executive chair of polymers business Itaconix, previously having led the organisation as chief executive. He is currently a non-executive director of performance materials business Low & Bonar PLC.
"Kevin brings highly relevant experience as an independent advisor to companies with his expertise in strategy and business management," said Vectura Chair Bruno Angelici.
Shares in Vectura were trading 0.6% lower at 71.00 pence each on Monday afternoon.
