Aug 5 (Reuters) - SDL Plc reported a first-halfpretax profit, compared with a year-earlier loss, as demand forits translation software in Europe increased.
The company posted a pretax profit of 3.1 million pounds($5.2 million) for the six months ended June 30 compared with aloss of 2.3 million pounds a year earlier.
