(Alliance News) - Motif Bio PLC said on Friday Invesco Ltd reduced its interest in the biopharmaceutical firm to 8.4% from over 12% prior in a transaction on Thursday.
The company said the US investment management company held 28.6 million shares in Motif after the transaction, equivalent to an 8.4% stake in the 342.5 million shares outstanding in the firm.
Motif Bio added that Invesco previously held 12% stake in the company.
Motif Bio shares closed 1.7% up in London at 0.60 pence each on Friday.
