LONDON (Alliance News) - Minds + Machines Group Ltd said Non-Executive Chairman Guy Elliott, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Michael Salazar bought shares in the company last Friday.
Elliott bought 230,000 shares at 8.41 pence each, taking his interest in the company to 21.9 million shares or a 2.89% stake, and Salazar bought 50 shares at 8.50 pence, taking his interest to 1.6 million shares or a less than 1.0% stake in the company.
Shares in the internet domain owner and operator were up 4.2% at 8.99 pence Monday.
