(Alliance News) - JKX Oil & Gas PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Directors Andrey Shtyrba and Christian Bukovics left the board on Thursday.
The hydrocarbon exploration and production company said its board currently consists of Executive Chair Michael Bakunenko and Chief Executive Viktor Gladun.
JKX said there is an "active search" process underway and it is progressing discussions with shortlisted candidates in order to complete the formation of the board to be compliant with the UK Corp Governance Code.
The stock was trading 1.7% lower on Friday in London at 34.00 pence each.
