(Alliance News) - Downing Four VCT PLC on Tuesday extended the deadline on its subscription offer until the end of October.
The offer launched November 14 of last year with the goal of raising up to GBP20 million from the issue of Generalist-class shares and as much as GBP10 million from Healthcare-class shares.
The offer also includes an over-allotment facility to raise a maximum additional GBP20 million in Generalist shares and GBP20 million in Healthcare shares, meaning a total of GBP40 million could be raised in Generalist shares and GBP30 million Healthcare shares.
The venture capital trust's subscription had been scheduled to close on Friday this week but will now continue until October 31 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date or extended again.
