Canada Nickel, the Canadian nickel explorer, presented at London South East May webinar

Canada Nickel Company Inc. is a nickel explorer listed in Toronto on the TSXV and has a market cap of around £140M as of 24.05.2022. We were delighted to welcome Corporate Development VP Chris Chang to our May London South East investor webinar.

#CNC is developing what it calls the ‘next generation of nickel’ mine in Ontario, Northern Canada to deliver nickel for the high growth electric vehicle and stainless steel markets. Canada Nickel says it has industry leading nickel expertise focused on jurisdictions such as Crawford, it’s 100% owned flagship project. It recently raised around £25M for a 2 pit open mine complex there.

Canada Nickel believes the market is fundamentally short nickel. Every 15 years or so you get a nickel supercycle, and "we believe that's coming to fruition in, call it 2025. We've seen a 6% defict, supply versus demand, and corporate activity has been picking up, we've seen BHP come in on a number of deals over the last few years."

"Crawford in Northern Ontario is our flagship nickel asset, we own it 100%. We released our PEA around May last year which showed a NPV of around $1.2 billion Canadian dollars and an IR of about 16%. We are looking to announce a Feasibility Study by the end of the year and a Resource Update by the middle of this year."

"We are well funded, with a 50M Canadian dollars financing recently completed. We've started our permitting, and we believe we are in the process of unlocking a district scale opportunity with a number of the nickel targets which we have identified."

Canada Nickel trade about 200,000 stocks a day and are covered by 7 research analysts.
