Hi all - We're currently having issues with the data we are receiving from our data provider, but are working to resolve the issue. We apologies for the inconvenience, and will keep you up to date with further developments as they happen. Thank you for your patience. Admin

When are you going to update this information or is this another service you are cutting. Please advise so we can make alternative arrangements.

Hi all - the problems we experienced yesterday have continued today, to a lesser extent. It appears that delayed services have resumed, but live still has issues. The problems are to do with connectivity with our data vendor; we are working with them to resolve the problem as soon as is physically possible. We'd like to apologise for a lack of communication; we've been quite caught up in fixing the issues, but are aware that we should have provided more ongoing information. We are putting back-up solutions in place so this sort of problem cannot affect our service in future. If you have e-mailed us, please be aware that we will respond, but are working through quite a back-log, so it may take us a little while before we can reply. Admin

Both live and delayed feeds now appear to be operational, and on-time. We cannot say with confidence at this stage that the issue is resolved, but to all appearances, things are ok. We will continue to look into the issue and fail-safes for potential future issues.

"data provider" what exactly do you mean by that?

HopefullyRich - the stock exchange provide data to sites such as ourselves through 3rd party vendors, not directly. There are quite a few, although the majority do not provide the level of data we require (live, streaming). We stream the data from our vendor into our own systems, and format it for display.

I do not think the live prices are working correctly. If i view individual shares then yes I can see live trades and the prices update automatically. however on my live prices list of 15 shares only 3 are updating. e. EOG has been but RRL does not. I have added LLoy, as that is constantly changing and that is not updating on the list. I have to refresh to get the correct prices. Not good and caused problems early AM as I was unaware of the sudden change in the price of RRL. Please could you check this out and sort it out.EO. is also updating automatically as well as XEL

Hoopoe, the live prices were running ok all of today, to the best of our knowledge; and we were monitoring them closely after Monday. If there's a problem on the feed, none of the prices should update; so if one or two were, and others weren't it's possible it might be an issue local to your computer; however, we will look into this tomorrow when markets open. Admin, thanks for the response. Strangely RRL is now updating but can confirm that LLOY and VOG are not. I added RBs and that is working fine. Have tried other computers, same issue. Just to confirm that it is fine when Looking at individual shares but not on the live prices list. will check today for any changes and establish which are ok and which are not.

Hi Hoopoe, That should be resolved now. We found a bug that was introduced in the last update; caused some shares on the live-list not to update if they had been entered in lower case. Thanks for the heads-up. Admin
