Non of it makes sense
Very surprised more people haven't latched on to Larry's post from last night?? Where are all our TVZers? This is potentially huge news for us!!!!
Can anyone let me know if they think we will get news today due to it being 30 days since they stopped trading I am still quite new to this game and only had a small holding but know some people on here had alot to lose and I hope that they don't. Or will there be another RNS to let us know what is happening as it all seems to be hush hush just wondering like all of us I suppose
I see no reason why not. Hopefully at a much higher SP!
not over till the fat lady sings. Shocked at this news to think that there is a credible offer on the table for TVZ. if everyting goes according to plan does this mean that TVZ wil be re-instated back onto AIM?
Really Larry???? What does this mean for us shareholders??
You really could not make it up ;)
Boooooooom! New offer just been made for travelzest and a fecking good one, this just got interesting ......as below 03 DEC 2013: Informed sources say Bahamas based merchant bank BHP International Markets Ltd. together with Shane Carroll have made a bid for itravel2000. The offer has apparently been submitted to the Canadian Supreme Court of Justice and to Grant Thornton LLP within the prescribed deadline for completion of the sale of Travelzest's assets. The new offer is said to be in the range of $15 million, substantially more than the reported $8.7 million offered by Aldenham/Elleway etc. and the receiver Grant Thornton as Travelzest administrator is apparently required by law to give it consideration. We understand Andy Dayes, who has been identified variously as partner and managing director for BHP International Markets Ltd. and Shane Carroll, met with Chiko Nanji in Toronto last October with the intention of purchasing iTravel2000 at that time. They were unsuccessful, but expressed interest in any future opportunity to purchase the company. Elleway pulled the financing on November 4 and simultaneously Aldenham Canada was announced as the buyer. The deal had 30 days to close. Tomorrow is December 4. So here are BHP and Shane Carroll - back again at the eleventh hour. White Knights or spoilers?
What happened here?

Once again thanks to all the people who are fighting this case. Perhaps we will send a warning signal to other companies out there that think they can pull the wool over the eyes of Private Investors. The very least we will do is expose the corruption and arrogance of these Directors.
Unbelievable

Which law firm has been retained to act for the group? I would want to know this before putting my hat in the ring. I do not use Facebook so a response on here would be handy. A simple question that just needs a clear and simple answer!
i got you , thanks
As below
Please can you post the emal address here again,..thanks
OK got it now. Unfortunately I just saw the numbers presented and over calculated it. Yeah I'm in.. I'll shoot Julian an email shortly.
belly that is fine but we are putting forward a class action, its not about guaranteeing you getting money and this has never been mentioned, its about looking into the dealings of this company. Believe me there have been some magnificent finds. Anyway Its as simple as for every 1k you hold it will cost you £20. Now me personally i am happy to front that. I am willing to speak to anybody face to face. Via telephone, hell whatever its about people not being trampled on. But you are entitled to your opinion and i respect that.
"Costs are approximately £20 for every £1k shares held" Are these the correct figures.? - I will almost certainly guarantee you NO ONE will be interested in gambling MORE than what their average share price was. £20 per 1k held is more than my average that's for sure.! I'm keen to get involved with any action we can to possibly recoup our loses. BUT I'm 100% not throwing more than my original investment into anything EVER.!!! I'm also interested why the likes of Hendersons with 43.2 million aren't jumping up and down over this issue.? Have they been compensated already.? Can you confirm the amount for us (me) please Regards divsco
TUEDAY 19TH NOVEMBER 2013 We have spoken to the partner of a good legal practice this morning. He is well versed in corporate/company law and we believe that he has the expertise to take this case through the full legal process. His fees at this point are £6000 for his initial consultation and assessment of the situation. On the basis that we hold 30,000,000 shares between us, the cost of this advice is .02 pence per share at this point. If you calculate the number of your shares times .02 you will see the cost of your involvement in this class action. For example, someone holding 1 million shares will need to pay £200 for his advices. Note, that this figure of .02 per share is based on 30,000,000 shareholders committing themselves at this point. That figure might change slightly depending on whether more or fewer people join the class action It is really important that you send julian.marshall@intertrain.biz an email with the number of shares that hold together with your contact details so that I can give all of you an accurate figure of what your particular cost will be. Please email Julian immediately putting Lawyer in the subject. This time tomorrow we would like to forward the funds to the lawyer so that he can start working on our claim immediately. Please deal with this today
Just to be clear. Any Class Action is for the benefit of those who are represented by the lawyer. Those who do not contribute to the lawyers fees will not be represented. The whole point of a Class Action is that the costs are minimised by spreading them between many claimants. It is not for a few people to carry the financial burden of many. Costs are approximately £20 for every £1k shares held [the more that join the class action suit the less this cost will be]
