So have I, I am only invested because of the MXCP link and I am happy to wait for their plans to unfold. No hurry but I am confident I will see a good return - about 3% so far in a couple of months!
I have just put these away and not worry in the short term. Agree with BadApple's comments.
Given the progress that has been made and as outlined in the circular to shareholders dated 28(th) April 2015, The Board is now of the view that the time is right to consider reviewing acquisition opportunities that will take advantage of the underlying capabilities of the Group." Quite a telling statement that, this is clearly a buy and build company now. Just like RCN, ACM CTP. MXCP stated that they would get involved in buy and builds and this is clearly one in the making. MXCP have thier man on the board and the company has stated that acquisitions is no on their radar. This is a great chance during these quiet summer months to get a holding in time for a return to good solid volume and good news days.
Duckworth was installed into Accumuli when it was trading at 6p and a Mcap of about £2 mill. Accumuli went on to hit the heady heights of 30 odd pence. During that time they made several acquisitions and done very well on the back of them and eventually sold off very recently. very similar to what's going on here atm. it's the blue print smith and weaver have used on several plays over the years and it works. The appointment of Duckworth was the biggest clue yet that big things are about to happen here.
my hopes for good recovery play here after 5% rise before close yesterday. GM all.
Will sell at £1
I have played the waiting game here for a couple of months since MXCP got involved and today is perhaps the start of the return on my investment. As a private equity firm with presumably wealthy clients I do not think Livingbridge would have almost doubled their clients' stake without feeling pretty confident that something is about to happen.
We will see plenty of news from now on.
MXCP working their magic already, plenty of investors out there watching I bet
at 7.25 as soon as RNS came out.
Only a matter of time before we hear of an acquisition here
5.36% now!
Some action at last, bit of patience, we know who are advising the plays!
is the starters for PINN. We will see MXCP involvement play a major role in turnaround for this coy.
We will start to see number of new developments in coming months. MXCP involvement should see a turnaround for the coy as badeli points out.
What a change! PINN now comes across as much more focussed and professional with an impressive list of clients. I am comfortable this is the first stage in the restructuring of the company to reflect the significance of MXCP's investment in its turnaround and its confidence in its future.
Thanks
The link is still there under PINN Media if you look, it's only a short message
can someone post the link to thee CEO's message? Cheers
Sounds upbeat on expansion and acquisition, they've got to keep cutting costs and turn this around, as he said there is a greater risk regards cyber security now than there's even been
on PINNMedia above.
17.50K buy. Someone has faith so let's see.
Not the best I must admit but at least the operating loss has halved, I believe we will see an acquisition now if not a disposal especially with MXCP on board ! £1M in the bank to spend, targets will be getting identified if they haven't already
Hi. Yes it looking that way. Things will fall into place in coming months imo.
Very interesting that the new non-exec, Simon Duckworth, is a Board member of MXC Capital and has also been involved with Accumuli. Looks as though the management and governance is being altered in line with whatever plans MXCP have for PINN. I have been here for a couple of months and nothing has happened but I am confident there will be positive news soon which will lead to an increase in the share price.
