Steven sorry but as soon as you ticked the OO button you will get your shares 1 for 20 held. Its only if you applied for excess that you may not get will not know until later. So you could have sold the equivalent from your holding knowing they will be replaced by the ones you purchase at the OO price. If you held 5000 agree probably not worth it but suspect average PI holding a lot more than that figure.
Urraca lets hope the same applies to Omega soon....
Can’t honestly see II selling their placing shares at a loss straight away. They may have earlier on, and started the downward trend, but it’s snowballed with panicky novice investors selling out. Lots of people were and still are in profit. I’d be amazed if the placing got voted down. Let’s see what happens when it’s sorted. Remember AVCT placing at 18p a couple of months ago. It flew after that.
Probably Zero Davde, as 1. PI's havent got the confirmation of the OO shares they've applied for
2. If the guess they will get them, they are tradable from July 13, so you could put a spread bet on to lock in your profit - very risky and high margin
3. You get a 1:20 ratio - Lets say average investor has 5000 shares. So they get the chance to buy 250 more shares at 40p so thats £100cost . Is it worth it ?
Nope, wonder how many II's have? Oh that's right they have had them plenty long enough so sell the SP down...
I wonder how many PI's forward sold their OO shares and potentially contributed to the current SP!
Symbol - obviously your another one that works for wallbrook or Finncap
Nobody has been shafted here. Company raised funds and it did, end of story.
If ii make fast buck so what. The shares don’t disappear, there is always a buyer for a seller and vice versus.
As the company progress it will go in our favour that more shares are in circulation as the sp rises.
Let’s just hope the money is invested wisely, that’s all we need to worry about.
The rest, well, time will hopefully tell. Patience is a virtue.
