$ not £
A unicorn definition is unlisted and worth in excess of £1 billion
Do we class emmac as a unicorn? Juv we do. But emmac?
Would rocket on main market listing. Possible dual list on NYSE/NASDAQ?
We know Mellon has told us that Juvenescence will list on NYSE or Nasdaq
correct lordsnooty.... and thats just for starters :-)
£400m would value our stake at £10.4m, or about 6.25p/share to the NAV.
Q4 for Emmac and Q1 JUV is running order from what I’m hearing
Thanks all.
Cannacord led the recent fund raise. The only significant private company fundraise they’ve done this year. Believed to be working on a £400 million listing according to the Times.
Cannacord have led virtually all the significant cannabis raises globally for a number of years.
This from a February Times article:
"A medicinal cannabis start-up is eyeing a London float in what could be the first in a wave of listings amid rapid deregulation.
Emmac Life Sciences is believed to be working with broker Canaccord Genuity on a listing that could value it at £400m. Led by Antonio Costanzo, who previously worked at the Toronto-listed cannabis producer Nuuvera, Emmac was set up last year and aims to become Europe’s leading supplier and producer of the drug...."
i think Ed said next year
Has there actually been anything explicitly/formally said about taking the company public doggo? (or is that just your assumption/prediction?)
what i like the best in that RNS is this bit...
"We had been approached by multiple organisations, however we decided to partner with EMMAC due to its distribution network, world-class team and scientific approach. EMMAC has built the perfect platform to become the European leader."
Get ready to dominate europe fella's.
Everyone with exposure to Emmac should be positive.
We have great assets, exceptional human capital and to date we have very supportive shareholders.
Morning Chaps,
Bit of a dull day out there today, makes sitting in front of the computer a little more bearable though.
Emmac is certainly coming along isn't it? makes me think back to the days when it was a rumour and quite a few people doubted it's existence let alone saw it growing into the large scale vertically integrated operation it is today.
Yooya should be concluded at the end of the month.
Regency shares soon
and Thailand legalises Medicinal Cannabis in February
Food for thought.
Now establishes EMMAC as the largest vertically integrated medical cannabis and wellness company in Europe.
#FFWD 2.6% will pretty much be valued at our current mcap when they list.
