Firex - agree licensing Eve's brand could be the only feasible and low cost pathway to US but.. it's pretty much brand rebuilding from scratch in new market so I can't see why someone wud go down this route unless the licensing agreement is really good terms for the buyer. As for acquisition.. hope so, but can only hope haha.. I try to write-off this possibility and focus on value. The fact is 8mil in bank and market cap at 3.5mil with sufficient cash in bank is all that matters during these times.

Breaking news Casper US bed in a box company bidding to takeover Eve Sleep for 5p a share but Eve sleep asked to increase the offer source close to Casper
I know you can’t believe anything what people say on theses boards but it make sense to me , put that with the info on here and I don’t think we to far off the mark
I agree Compoundinterest, is it possible at this SP that one of the big US players go for eve as an acquisition? It would have or keep a foot in Europe or could a US company manufacture under licence?
If you click this – 'Get One Today: Check Pricing & Availability' – in the USA review you get this, on Amazon.com:
'The Eve Mattress, Queen
by Eve Sleep
Currently unavailable.'
'We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.'
I can’t see it my self , I think we have a real possibly of them buying us out over here instead ! I think if we see more buying in from the USA we know talks are happening .....
So far last time I check there has been 3 share trades from them ! Last time we called a buyout off the price was around the 10p mark , that’s why this share price is a steal at this price .
Eve is not currently selling in the USA so it's weird there is an article based on this. IMO it would be suicidal for Eve to launch and sell in USA right now. Casper and Purple etc dominates significantly there; Eve would need a lot more money than current cash in balance to make any meaningful dent in the US market.
Eve in the USA; would you ‘Adam and Eve’ it
Am I reading too much into this or is something going on?
Casper are in the process of withdrawing from the EU and UK market, back to the US.
This week LSE flagged x2 1m trades on different days for paying over ask, reason they were bought using USD.
Rated 9.1 out of 10 in a Feb 2020 review in the US and quoted as a bullet point "Designed in the UK and Manufactured in the US".
