The broker I’m with can’t trade on the Aquis exchange so I’m wondering if that’s why I have so many restrictions with these warrants. Will have to move to another broker who can.
According to interactive investor, there are no restrictions on when shares can be sold after exercising.
Yes that’s what I’m thinking but don’t forget they expire on the 19th June 2022.Think I was wrong in saying you have to wait 18 months before you can sell them after exercising and think it’s 12 months from exercising but all rather confusing .
Its schitt..i am just leaving it now and forget them. I have been consolidated down to just 4,338 shares...
Just got a message on my share dealing account asking if I would like to exercise the warrants at 0.45p. Lots of conditions including an 18 month lock in period before you can sell them. Also cannot transfer to another broker for 18 months and need written permission from Ananda to sell them. This seems very draconian and unfair .What do other people think.
Ok..i contsctef my brokers Interactive Invrdtor. They in turn contacted Corporate Action. Confirmed an agreenent is being worked out to givr URA shhldrs...approx 1/3rd of my holding in URA for ANA shares Time eXpected to be within 2 weeks. Notification of the finalisation will be by email.
So one third approx is better than a kick up the old one two.
Has MS hijacked shareholder cash to ginance ANA?
Clarification needed here as i think they have acted illegally and URA should legally have been part of the RTO into Ananda. They need to be investigated as my dealers can not find anything attached to my URA holdings...how can they hijack millions of shareholders funds like this...or an i missing something?
I should get a corporate update in the next few weeks on my account about the ANA shares.
It has been delayed due to the warrants attached to them
I hold shares with II & IG have not heard anything
Still heard nothing else, very odd as I would have thought they would want the warrants to be exercised to get more money in? (Isn’t that the idea?).
Though I am also wary about parting with any extra cash as MS is involved and URA in hibernation...
I’m no wiser either.let us know if you find out. URA Holdings Plc
Details and timing of proposed in-specie distibution
The Board of URA Holdings Plc ("URA") is pleased to announce that following recent approval of the Courts for the capital reduction, URA has now completed the required documentation for the distribution of Ananda Developments Plc ("Ananda") shares ("Ananda Sharers") and warrants ("Ananda Warrants") to URA shareholders.
All relevant documents have been delivered to the registrars of Ananda who advise that they will be posting certificates for the Ananda Shares to shareholders on the 7th May 2021. We are advised that the Ananda Warrants will be held on a virtual register and that a letter has been included to the shareholders which contains instructions on how to exercise the Ananda Warrants.
The distribution details are as follows.
The Record Date for the distribution is 2nd January 2021
New certificates for Ananda Shares and letters confirming the holdings of Ananda Warrants will be issued on the 7th May 2021
The value of the distribution is 0.205p per Ananda Share and 0.45p per Ananda Warrant.
Shareholders who acquired shares in URA Holdings plc after the 2nd January should deal with the vendor if they consider their purchase included the entitlement to Ananda Shares or Ananda Warrants.
Has anyone been able to exercise these, and if so what is the strike price? I think the strike price is .45p but my broker is struggling to find clear details!
Thanks in advance.
