P.S. When thinking about the RCF, don't forget to factor in the £72m proceeds from the head office sale and lease back due into the coffers soon (in addition to the fund raise).
Those overheads and restructuring costs are part of the challenge I refer to, and are baked into my risk / reward weigh up. If you believe that challenge is insurmountable, look for somewhere else to park your cash. Best of luck whatever you decide Hawfinch. :-)
This global brand business is going to be debt free (there or thereabouts), with a new turnaround management team at the helm and with a load of cash in the bank to fund a bounce back. That bounce back is going to be incredibly challenging, with significant risk, but there is plenty to be optimistic about. The current low SP reflects the risk, but on balance, the potential reward for the reasons I've mentioned make this a buy for me. All in my tiny little brain at least. :-)

I wish you the very best of luck! Don't let your heart rule your head this is going to cost you money
You are assuming their is no brand value which there is , I have bought 2 tranches at 110 this morning . The combined value of the 4 for 7 at the offer price was 116 if you was a shareholder.
Price now is 117..........
I'll certainly be taking up the offer if the price remains at this level.
We've got until next Friday to take it up I believe, so I'll be watching closely.
She's up on the day it seems, so there are still a number of buyers out there.
I am in for the ride Quinny. I will be taking up the offer, although I only have a handful of shares (all I can currently afford, I am probably the smallest shareholder in fact!).
Challenging times ahead, but I am confident Ted will get back on his feet and / or get snapped up. Wherever the brand goes from here, I see upside to be had from this ridiculous level.
GLA! Best.
Mr T
Clearly still alot of people buying in I'm confused weather to leave or hold out now it's fell so low surely it wont go down to 75p ? Still not heard anything about the open offer of my broker
Is anyone going to.hold on for the ride ?
Why did you say that
It's an orderly exit and forward sale of stock down to sub 75p. Why would you hold a stock that someone is going to sell at any price above 75p and brokers sell below that level to collect their fees.
