yes, todays profit takers are gone, now for the real rise.
about to pop....the herd and mms reading that rns again i think!
dyor!
This will blow soon
I think Trevor may be fielding calls from 3m and Kimberly Clarke
Market is missing a trick here read the first line TEXTILES
P2F has developed a coating for textiles which incorporates its proprietary nanoparticles to give textiles long lasting virucidal properties. The first application of this technology has been to coat a fabric layer in surgical masks and produce a certified antiviral (including COVID-19 and Influenza) mask for use by both healthcare professionals and the public.
You are not taking into account the new shares to be issued. 600m will double the mkt cap so it’s currently nearer 12m, not 7
No I said 60 million was a bit optomistic we have no idea of the profit margins yet. Which is why it would be nice to get Trevor on an interview to maybe give us some idea the company must know themselves the costs involved etc.
SP defo being held back IMO.................it,s a sea of blue out there !
I think the sp is perhaps being held up till all the t's are crossed, the i's doted on the Acquisition of P2F which as we know is expected to be completed on 5 November 2020.
Whilst this is as forgone conclusion as possible, many want such acquisitions as cast iron before jumping in, IE signed sealed and settled.
I expect the sp to push ever higher till then, but hope for an explosion in the price as soon as all is settled.
Jarv55 stated that he thinks 30 million per year is a bit optimistic we don't know the profit or costs yet. which I agree, we don't, but the net profit of £1 per mask surely has to be on the minimum side.
1509 states I thinks we have the medical equivalent of Goretex.
Now wouldn't that be a cash builder.
Anything less than £50m mcap looks cheap here IMO. Currently at £7m
All I know this is very cheap can't believe we had sellers to be honest, its not just the masks that will bring in revenues, the tech can be used for so many othere things doubt we will just supply the Uk once up and running . Roll on the government contracts for this.
Jarv
I am happy with 30m.
with the purchase of P2F the mcap of RMS at the moment will be under 10m
1509 think thats a bit optomistic say 30 million per year we don't know the profit or costs yet
I think it may have been Torre who mentioned potential uses for this application.
I thinks we have the medical equivalent of Goretex
I think I will release some fund from other share and invest more here
Each element of RMS has fantastic potential.
Just the run of face masks say gross profit 5m per month 60m per year.
As a whole company, on the back of the face masks lets say net profit for the year 50m.
Caveat here. I do not value companies but surely it has to be worth not less than 1 x net profit
A week ago the M/Cap of this company was £5 million, at 0810 this morning it was £7 million.
So lets just take the figure of £5 million, because its easier.
At 5 million masks per month, say the company make £1 per mask net profit, over time of course re levelling out the production set up and costs, that would equate to £5 million pounds (I was always good at maths).
So the sp doubling from the 0.55p of a week ago would value the company at £10 million.
With say that £5 million net profit per month, surely even a doubling up of the sp to 1.1p puts the company no where near true value.
The above makes the company look unbelievably under valued, just on the P2F, never mind the other 2 arms of the company, or am I seeing things in the wrong way.
