Let the senior management deliver its strategy before discussing a takeover: oodles of realistically fulfillable potential before even considering such a situation - and at what price then?
All this talk of takeover..... Its uncalled for.
no need to even talk about it in my view.
Seeing whats going on with new fresh employees and management is hart warming to me.
I cant wait to see our future grow off its own back.
Doubled my position today. Hope it bears fruit, with or without take over.
Only on Goldman Sachs expectation, said in a report titled “Copper is the new oil”.
The 2020s are expected to be the strongest phase of volume growth in global copper demand in history, as per Goldman Sachs last statement.
Goldman Sachs has argued that the critical role copper will play in achieving the Paris climate goals cannot be understated.
"Leveraging our equity analysts' carbonomics analysis across EVs, wind, solar, and battery technology, we quantify this demand in a bottom-up model, estimating that by 2030, copper demand from the transition will grow nearly 600 per cent to 5.4Mt in our base case and 900 per cent to 8.7Mt in the case of hyper adoption of green technologies", Goldman Sachs said.
The copper market as it currently stands is not prepared for this demand environment !
I think worth noting that the geopolitical importance of metals would, I imagine, mean that Jiangxi (or another Chinese co) may be barred from acquiring a North American producer?
Interesting, so any takeover offer would have to be x5/10 from here, obviously any bidding war would see even more multiples! and like you say it's not like it would be a hostile takeover as the company is currently in such a strong position cash and production wise, would like to think that we will be past 3p before any takeover offers start coming in.
Take over target, if this were the case, 2.5/3.00p possibly. I seem to remember a deal fell through earlier in the year with a takeover, can't remember the details, a company in China (I think) was on the sniff, in Canada. So they maybe on the hunt again.
i know their mill up and running why would we be looking at little deer haha.. u ready dj
J r find somewhere else to spread your nonsense
have you see website they got mill up and running soon and are recriting alot of people
What would they have to pay? 10p? more? less?
Could the recent rise be anything to do with another co. showing interest? Large volumes over last week possibly suggest something is up. The project sure has potential for an interested party
