teslo ok I get your point on investment....silly people relying on others words mind.... ramping or deramping tbf….my agenda as an employee was to say it how it is and I do think the books are not being put forward honestly imho....we rmg are in a decent position.. but like I said and have read your attachments... 12hrs shifts are not the norm... and only an option yet to be agreed and full time posty on more than band 3 in the nhs… ask mad/scamp and 200...and even a cleaner in nhs under these circumstances deserve more would you agree... not here to fight as tensions on here are so bad thats why I sitting back... good luck mate...

even though isaid goodbye I have read the board.....looks like teslo wants to be the man these days on here.... welcome mate..... but before you spread anymore untruths let me correct you!!!!! my mrs is a nurse and she does not do 12hr shifts unless needed HER CONTRACT IS 37HR WEEK... and she is paid overtime.... FACT!!!!! band 1-3 in the nhs are not nurses they are domestics porters and hca,s FACT? AND THE FACT IS a posty earns more per hour than anyone on bands 1,2 or 3...……… mad forget the payrise and trying to get the government to say they need us because they do not....not a time to score points but to get a reality check for some..... teslo you may know your stock market but you do not know your ass from your elbow as far as the nhs is concerned.... goodbye again....enjoy it ...
