Stew feel that would be the figure the ii would be looking for taking the view they had raised funds @ 1.65 when they took over perfect commerce in 2017 and year high in 2019 has been 1.45 and countless acquisition in the last 12 months. IMO Entèrprise value will be more than £150 million plus to complete a successful bid taking in account 20% depreciation of Sterling since 2017. Well Finncap must be doing the figures of the interested parties.
£1.75 would be a very good outcome!!! Now your talking (-;
Agreed , well feel with the background as we know ii might only agree @ 1.75 plus...imo
Agreed a positive update and with the new product launch we don’t want a takeover yet. We need this to play out an let the growth prevail. This is primed in the right market to recover in time back to £2.50
It’s not our call, it’s the ii’s and bod. I highly doubt anything below £1.20 would be considered given the investment levels of both. Factor in the massive oversell this year which has given a very ‘false’ current sp...they should be trading over £1 before bids. Behind the SAP/Coupa/IBM heavyweights, Proactis are big players in their own right. New product launch and positive year end update and we are over £1 anyway.
if Institutions have bough in large amounts of stock at 120-160 they wont sell for 100
Yes i quite agree with you on that point mazik, but i wonder what they offered them, it could be like this share they might get an offer and refuse it (which i didn't think they could do) whereas they could refuse say 100p but a lot on here might think that is a good offer(which i would) but not be able to take it.
Noggers yes it was over £200 million market cap last we, maybe they were not ready to pay over £500 million but in contrast we are small cap compared to ACSO but our technology is needed all over the world without a bid we are underpriced, standalone we should bbe over £100 million mcap as we are looking in the region of £150 million..its win win situation imo
They had potential buyers 5 days before PHD did, they have been turned down by the board today, share price down 20%, maybe we will here some news this week then, going off the timescale.
